Stefan Horn
Chief Executive Officer

has worked internationally as a set designer, cultural manager, curator and consultant for project development and organizational development.

He has gathered years of experience in the conceptualization, direction and production of artistic, cultural and educational projects, budget management and controlling on international level.

He is also the Co-Founder of SH|RN-Consulting Agency in Berlin, supporting cultural institutions in the project development process, funding acquisition, evaluation and project management.

His background and training are in Drama and Philosophy, Sociology and Political Science, which he studied at the University of Vienna and the Free University of Berlin.

Since 2000 he has been the CEO and artistic director of the Berlin-based art association urban dialogues, which engages with all manner of change and flux in relation to urban and social issues.

Stefan’s latest commissions as a curator and set designer have been from the German National Theatre in Weimar, the National Gallery in Baden-Baden, the Academy of Arts in Berlin and the House of World Cultures in Berlin.

SH|RN-Consulting Agency has been commissioned by the European Network of Cultural Institutes in Ghana, the Goethe-Institut in Munich as well as its branches in Moscow, Sofia, Dar es Salaam, Johannesburg, Addis Abeba, Windhoek, Kinshasa and Cairo.

He has initiated and directed projects that have been partnered and supported by the European Union and by the Federal Cultural Foundation in Germany, the Berlin Senate Department of Urban Development, the British Council, the Spanish Embassy Germany, Sony Europe, Siemens, Nike and Allianz, amongst others.

is an articulate, techno-literate professional of sound character with strengths in leadership, strategy, wellness, soft skills and team development.

His result-driven, customer centric attitude and great interpersonal skills make it easy for him to work on his own and integrate with diverse teams.

Through integration of his academic qualifications, degree, practitioner certifications and continuous personal development, he has developed a unique skill to help drive organizations forward and inspire coworkers to own the greater vision

Ricardo’s personal approach to problem-solving is to be proactive and solution-oriented, by applying critical and creative thinking coupled to common sense and logic.

These characteristics helps him to positively impact his colleagues and work environment, whilst enhancing service delivery and customer satisfaction.

 

Hage Mukwendje
Graphic Facilitator

earned a Diploma in Visual arts back in 2011 from the College of The Arts (COTA) in Windhoek, Namibia and have since gone on to work as a Creative Expression.

He is open to many paths and careers such as Illustrator, Graphic Design, Figure Drawings, Painting, Crafts and Graphic Facilitation.

Being open to different art forms has given him a broad perspective on the arts allowing me to mix different art forms together to create new styles nag unique works of arts.

He has exhibited in different countries around the world such as USA, Germany, Netherlands, Finland, Sweden Spain and China.
